This is about my first online jewellery purchase.I bought a ring from bluestone in April. It is really attractive and value for money. They delivered it in a very cozy packing with all the possible precautions. I wanted to expedite the order and called them. They were very gentle and registered my concern and expedited the delivery for the same.
Today, I again planned to purchase from bluestone.com and contacted them for try at home as I was not sure about the size. Mr. Syed Zrar contacted me for the same and I must admit that he is really a very professional person. I was busy with my office work and asked him to come/send person at a particular schedule. It started raining and I lost the hope that they will be visiting. But suddenly, TingTong.! The Person named Mr. Rejoy visited my place ON-Scheduled-TIME and he is one of the best Sales-Person I ever met. He showed me multiple designs and browsed me through the website. He was little drenched but was not annoyed Instead He was extremely glad to show me the designs again and again.
I am very satisfied with my decision to go for Bluestone again and again.
