Myself Chaitali and today I am going to discuss about my personal experience regarding the " BLUELINE GOLD 5.5 L " PRESSURE COOKER, which I purchased around three months ago.
First things first, The box pack of this pressure cooker comes with only the body of the pressure cooker, No extra rubber band, No extra knob, No extra whistle knob is provided you need to purchase every thing. Now the look of the presser cooker is very old, It seems like we have purchased a five year old used pressure cooking. It is available in only one color that is silver, The rubber grip quality is very bad, and it is very slippery and the body of the pressure cooker don't have any designed or graphics work.
Second most important thing, The material of the pressure cooker is very poor in quality. The body is very fragile and if you put pressure then it bends and make noise like it will break. So the quality is a concern. The fitting of the knobs are not very good, Handle is loose and the whistle knob is very loose. The weight of the cooker is very heavy and it weight around 2.5 kgs. So its not at all user friendly. And it is very difficult to handle for its heavy weight. The material quality makes it very less durable. And if you don't use it properly it can break.So this cooker is not worth and very useful at all.
This cooker is very time consuming while cooking, It takes long to make it heated so it takes high amount of energy and the whistle time is long, so the cooking time is longer then other cooker. So it does not saves the fuel or cooking gas. The material used for making this pressure cooker is not very expert heated so it takes long to get hot and cools down very fast so you need to keep this over the heater for long time. So for fast and instant cooking this pressure is not very good.
The capacity of this cooker is only 5.5 liters, which is very less at the price of 1, 999 rupees and the price is higher then other good quality products. So you need to do market research before purchasing this cooker. The cooker don't have an auto whistle counting mode, so you need to count the whistle and you need to monBrianbalakumaranr it your self. So a lot of effort behind this cooker. So don't buy this product if you need an automatic whistle counting. It is a normal cooker with less features. It is not at all handy and not mobile also. hard to use. Not at all user friendly. Durability is an issue with this companies pressure cooker.
The worst part is the after sales service of this company is very band. It does not comes with a user guide so I called them up for few basic informations but it took me three long days as the customer care line is always busy. But when I asked them the questions they said visit the company website. the answers are their. so the attitude and the behavior is not at all good. they don't respect their customers and aishwaryasingh23 attention towards their quarries. All over the service quality is very bad. And the product is not very good.
This cooker comes with a six months onsite warranty, The handle of the cooker got loose after 15 days of use and I asked the company to fix the problem as it was within the warranty they asked for extra money as this problem is not within the warranty. so the after sales service is very bad and they charge extra cash for always. So you should think twice before buying this product, as this is a high price product with less performance and the performance is not very good. I will give one out of ten to this pressure cooker.
