Hi Friends!Today I will write my review about Blue The Lounge - Hazratganj - Lucknow.It is lounge located in Hazratganj Lucknow.Timings are from 11 AM to 11 PM .Address is 1 A, Sarvan Plaza Complex, Sapru Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow.what you get here is Home Delivery, Smoking area, Wifi. Now to know it more in details lets have a look below.
Food And Presentation-They serve North Indian, Chinese, Italian, Cafe .You get both veg and non veg food items here.The average cost is RS 1000/= for 2 people.Talking about their food quality so it is totally not up to the lounge standard as the food is taste less here and half cooked.Italian Dishes like Hunter Lamb Panini is so awkward here as there is nothing like butter in it and moreover the quality of cheese which they use to made it is so yucky.Never dare to try their cauliflower manchurian as you can not eat it more than a bit.Coming to the presentation of food so it is also very pathetic as they serve you cool food, placed in an unsophisticated manner is plates .They present food in such manner that food does not appeal to customers anyhow.
Ambience-Talking about the ambience here so by its name you get that it is blue in color .Ambience inside the lounge is dark blue color theme and the light here is so dime therefore it appears a dark place without light.Yes they have sitting arrangements they have a sofas and table with qushans but it does not attract you as a lounge as it is failed to attract the customer.It is air cooled. Different colors and shapes are made on walls and different colors curtains are hanging all over on the walls of lounge.The music is also very headache giving here.The area for dancing is so small which creates problem in dancing when there is crowd.Outlook of the lounge is just ok as there is nothing much which attracts you from outside.
Customer Service-Very disappointing as they take too much time to respond .If you have to ask them for a glass of water so you have to call them at least 5 times.Moreover if you order them a chicken lasagna so you will get the lasagna without chicken and when you complain them about the same so they will answer you to pay and leave .They are very ill mannered unprofessional and illiterate peoples.The Hukkah bar is also not satisfactory here very disappointing.Over all I will say very bad customer service.
Value For Money -Not at all this place is not a value for money place in any manner .They have nothing like this point.I mean after paying charges according to them you get low quality food with cheating in term of chicken lasagna.Can not go here with female friends as staff is very unprofessional which spoils your impression before your female friends.I do not think it is value for money place.
