I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by Bluestar AC. It has been over 3 weeks since your service person attempted to fix the problem with my AC, but they have been unsuccessful in their attempts. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient for me, as I have been without a functioning AC for an extended period of time.
I would like to bring to your attention the fact that your service personnel have visited on 4-5 occasions, and every time they have failed to diagnose and solve the problem. Initially, they claimed it was a gas issue, then they stated that the PCB of the indoor unit was not functioning properly. After a wait of 10 days, they finally replaced the PCB, Now they informed me that it was not an Indoor unit PCB problem. Now, they are suggesting that the problem might be with the outdoor unit PCB, which is leading to further delays and inconvenience.
To be honest, I do not think that your service personnel are professional or competent. I have also tried to contact the Jalandhar service station head, Mr. sunny from SS Trader Jalandhar, but he has not been able to provide any satisfactory solution to my problem.
