I have a Blue Star appliances store beside my office and when I wanted to buy an AC, I simply went there without any doubt. Upon enquiring, I opted to but Blue Star Split Ac 1 Ton for our bedroom as it would be good for a small room. It costed me around Rs 32, 000, a bit less than the market price, as we knew each other. However, the problem started after the purchase. The Ac was installed not the very same day as they told me they did not have a man to deliver it that day. It was installed 2 days after the technician was not even trained properly. The cooling takes long time as the compressor does not switch on as soon as we switch on the Ac with the remote. I called the technician again but he cannot resolve it and said it will be the same as product is manufactured in same way only. I then called the owner from where I purchased and he tied to explain me that it is new so might be I am not getting functions and instructed me to follow some functions. I did so but the condition is same and they are not ready to fix it. Blue star is a reputed company but I am disappointed with their service.
