I had bought Blue Star AC last year from Hari Om in Faridabad, I registered a request for service at Blue Star end of April first week but No one aligned to date, I have reminded till the 25th of April after that I have sent written complaint mail to Blue star end but no response/reply received till 16th May 2023, 17th may I have received calls from service executive, we will give service but charges will be applied because one year has completed on 7th May. I am surprised as got services from blue star end, they are waiting the align someone for one year instead of taking any action on my complaint as sent on written or register support center.
