The ac purchased 1 week ago from Chroma , Gaurcity . During purchase they had given the installation offer @599.
When the guy called for Installation they told the cost was Rs1500.On asking they said the offer is expired.If it was expired than why they had given us false commitment .
After regular followups no solution is provided by Bluestar and Chroma.
Suggesting everyone dont buy from Chroma and also blue star product.
No action is taken by anybody.the ac is still lying with us . without installation
