I have bought recently 1 TON Blue star 5 STAR for installation they took one and half week after calling several times finally they installed but not installed properly and its not cooling at all FAN is also not
Working properly for this I am requested service they given to other Vend, I am following up Blue star and their engineering(who service blue star) no use from last few week.
Blue star is one of the most trusted and used brand all over the world, and everyone recommended to purchase this product, but despite all of the brand name, my experience was not good.
Air conditioner gas was leaking after few days. Remote was not working. Paying a lot but they do not good features and cooling.
