HI All,
This is my first online review naturally I'm not complaining type customer I would like to adjective manner. after feeling very pain full I'm witting this review.
I'm from Hyderabed 7 days back I buy blue star 1.5 5HW18SATX2 5S ac from croma.
After couple of days installation done, I have some knowledge on AC installation at the time of AC installation I have asked and confirmation on gas connection and all the stuff was done properly are not, they replay we are expert sir no issues then after left.
Problems I have faced below.
Outer unit is not fitted properly it was to noise how much means, neighbors started to complain- I dont know is it installation problem or unit problem.
After installation I got a call from customer care is it installation done, I have tolled them yes installation done but I have problem for that no replay.
After 3 days I have notice that cooling was not good, same I have complained to customer care the technician came and some test yes AC unit have problem with GAS and GAS was leaked. I was really wondered at the time of installation I have cross check with him is it done properly - here worst part is installation technician does't have any knowledge on AC .
Worst part in to fill the GAS again I need to wait, GAS is not available the technician, before he is coming to check the AC at least he need check the type model of AC with out knowing he come to do service.
Better Guys don't go for blue star if you go the defiantly they will show red star.
