Friends, Myself Pramod kumar, today I am sharing my experience about this device named Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 star Split AC. I purchased this 3 years ago & would definitely satisfied with the service team, maintenance team, & customer service . Till the 2016 it was working fine but last year it has some problem due to which it was not cooling at all.
I called there service Engineer Mr Suresh for the servicing, but he was not able to identifying the problem & told that leak of gas might be problem of this. Anyhow he get it repaired for temporary basis for the cooling but soon after a week the said prob arises again. I was shocked to see this, I called the suresh again on his no. he attend the problem & after cleaning & all he clearly told me that there is some internal technical problem is there which is not possible to rectified here.
It was cooling till 2 years of purchasing but in the 3 year it has start the problems . Which is not identified by their engg himself. Although Blue star is a Brand Name has a Brand value but I would not recommend their this product.
I would in favor of their customer service, but product quality is very poor.
