I feel this review is:
I am a huge fan of blue heaven because of its good quality and inexpensive products. This blue heaven lip balm is really inexpensive and is easily available at every local beauty store in delhi. It comes in a cute tiny strawberry shaped transparent case and is really easy to carry in pocket or anywhere in your carry-bag. But ut does not do what its meant for. It is not soothing and does not lasts for even half an hour. It gets my lips dry and dehydrated so soon and doesnot even gives them any color.
