I feel this review is:
I never had a plan to purchase this product particularly.after using this lip balm for a week I didn't feel any difference it feels cakey and chapped.i never recommond this product to anyone.it was not upto the mark it did not improve my lips.i've used many products from blue heaven but this was terrible.thank god I didnt spend much money on this product.worse buying it was a less cost and less quality product
