Only recently I had bought two beauty products from Blue Heaven. One was Kajal and the other one this Lip Balm. Although Kajal is comparatively fine, as some of my female friends also like it. But, the lip balm is the worst ever product I could have shopped for. I threw it away. Instead of making the lips look smooth and soft, it would make them dry. After some time, you will feel white deposition on your lips.
To all the fellow women out there, I would recommend not to use Blue Heaven Lip Balm. Guys, you should rather switch to a bit more branded product that is economical if cost is the issue like Maybelline or use some traditional method to keep your lips healthy. But, this one is a big no!
