One SBI Credit Card has been booked from Gurgaon to Bangalore through dart service on as mentioned below:
Waybill No: 43757211105 Reference No: EV14302502094
Pickup Date 29 October 2014
From Gurgaon
To Bangalore
It reached Bangalore on 30 October 2014 only. But till today 04 October 2014, I have not got my delivery. When I phoned the Customer care and Bluedart office cunningham office, Bangalore and asked about my parcel then they talked in a very rough and absurd way. Which is really pathetic.
This is 2nd time I am being traumatized by bluedart service.
Yesterday night I mailed the same problem to csblr@bluedart.com, Centralised Customer Service, but of no use.
One of my close friend too has suffered from this bluedart service.
