See the below details as ground reality, this is the way blue dart is delivering to the customers:- I am just putting you in front of you. Even after writing several emails to the customer service be Kolkata, be it all the main locations across India. Not a single action have been taken to deliver the item even after 11 days.
Bought this product from https://pepperfry.com, even after writing 20 mails them as well, they even didn't bothered to expedite, this is the way some of our online shopping e portals are using publics money:-
Go through the below details I have placed this order almost 3 weeks back on pepperfry and still waiting and blue is the main culprit accompanied by pepperfry for not taking enough action, I faced similar scenarios in last 2 months for my almost 30 odd items ordered through snapdeal.com and was supposed to be delivered through bluedart.com.
