I ordered a new check book from my bank which was couriered through Blue Dart. After two days, I got a call from Blue Dart at around 10:00 AM asking when I will be available and to confirm my delivery address. I confirmed the address and told them that since me and my wife have a job, apart from saturday & sunday, we will only be available after 4:00 PM. I requested them if they can deliver it at 4:00 PM or after. The guy said it will be difficult for today and set the delivery day for the next day. The next day at around 12:00 Noon I got a message stating I'm unavailable for delivery and the check book was sent back. Common, I already told the guy the time and days when I will be available at home but still they tried to deliver when I'm not at home. I'm not even sure if they really tried to deliver since I was not at home. Pathetic service in Delhi. I don't recommend Blue Dart service to anyone. Go for DTDC service instead. I've been using DTDC service quite sometime now and didn't face any problem. If my bank gave me the option to go for DTDC, I will definitely go for it.
