Too poor service provider even though charges are high. I would say, most of the people are ridiculous. This is second time in a row when shipment was return to origin. After calling to customer care several time, they are not doing needful. They accept shipment without looking at address and then at the time of deliver, they say that address was not complete/correct.
Don't understand which idiots decide whether address is correct or not. In same address, I am getting bank stmt, credit card stmt, Electricity bill, LPG cyl delivery, some other doc etc..except BlueDart. Even for office address, same problem occurred. Would call them BID IDIOTS. If there is an address problem, why they are accepting if accepting. Then why can't they check with customer seem like they only hire idiots. Other service provider lie DTDC is better they don't offer much service so don't charge much.
