@Bluedart It is extremely difficult to get in touch with you. at the first go., lines are busy, ., . if you are lucky to get connected. the call will be dropped by executives. If you are further lucky to speak to an executive. you will be treated as in you have done a crime by asking status of your shipment.bluedart executives behave in their own way.
My experience- shipment is delayed and upon asking for expected date of arrival, I was told that they cant commit. Further, I requested for an update(call/email) with the updated expected date of arrival they mentioned that they dont have a policy of call back. CUSTOMER ONLY HAS TO FOLLOW UP. Upon asking for connecting to supervisor, executive says they don't have a policy of call transfer. Executive here is devesh. he further transferred to another executive(who pretended to be supervisor)-shuba(not sure of the name) and agreed for the status update. However didnt get the confidence of her words.(waybill no.59751076405).
