I often do online shopping from various e commerce sites like shopclues, amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc.This e-commerce giant is usually having tie up various courier partner depends up on the feasibility of location.
One of the courier partner in market is blue dart.Earlier service provided by them was good but now a days they are feeling that they have monopoly in market.
Actually things are completely changed now a days as there are many courier partner emerging in market.I had worst experience of blue dart in past.I ordered a product from shopclues and I got message about shipping details of product.After 15 days of follow up I got my product in hand.
Every time they are saying we are checking and you will get your shipment as early as possible but It took almost 21 days to reach shipment in my hand.I think one should avoid using this courier service as they feel that they have earned enough reputation in market but actually they are flying in the air.
