Can not deliver ..Address not found. Review on Blue Dart

My father is prime member(get product delivery fast) on amazon, he can not go to the market so prefer online shopping. one of his jacket which he bought from amazon was about to deliver but blue dart sent him message that they were unable to find the address.after waiting for few days they deliver it by themselves. now again one of the product which my father bought was not delivered and he got the same message again saying address not found. me and my husband went to the blue dart office and asked them about the product and the delivery boy which was about to deliver it, they were behaving idiotically stupid and provided no help to us after wasting huge time in waiting we got our product so whats the benefit of cod that is too via blue dart. we invested our time .energy so what we got in return is frustration.

now after few days we are still waiting for another new product to come and the situation is same they were not able to find the address despite the fact that several shopping site like mantra flip kart etc are able to find our address.

so in anger I mailed amazon and narrated the whole situation. I got reply that the product was damaged so they cant deliver it.so now I am wondering was the product really get damaged again and again.

so in my opinion it is the worst service provider
