I ordered some products from snapdeal and the were delivered today through bluedart after 30 days. The plastic product was damaged in transit and on asking Bluedart guy while he was counting the COD money. He shouted me that I gave delivery and I am not interested in listening as the company does not pay him to listen.
I called snapdeal and they offered me help, but the courier work is so badly managed by the ecommerce. No control but only harassment.
