I was supposed to get a parcel from Blue dart yesterday, AW69473416876, got an SMS from them accordingly. Though I waited the whole day at home for them, they never turned up or contacted me on the No. on which they send the SMS. But in the evening they send another SMS, saying that they could not deliver because I was not available at home.
If they cannot deliver on time due to any reason, I have no problem let them deliver whenever they find the time but why put the blame on the customer for no rhyme or reason after making him wait the whole day at home leaving whatever other job he might have had?
It is extremely unacceptable to put the blame on the customer like this, in fact it is a big shame for such a big company to do this kind of nonsense. And this is the third time that it has happened to me. My house is very close to the Blue Dart center and on one occasion after I got the second SMS I had gone and picked up the parcel. But yesterday they just wouldn't pick up the phone even
