I would like to thank you all for going through all my reviews. I have been writing and sharing my good and bad experiences with you all and today I am here to share my worst experience with one of the most popular courier service'Blue Dart'.
Once I have placed an order on the online shopping site'Amazon.in' which was suppose to be delivered within a day. I have received a confirmation message from the shopping site after they have dispatched the order to Blue Dart stating they will deliver the order next day. I have started waiting for my order delivery, however, I did not receive any call or text from Blue Dart regarding the tracking number or the delivery details. After waiting for the entire day, I have called to their customer service and they have informed that the order has been returned back as you were not available at the time of delivery and that I have to visit the courier office within a day else the product will be returned to Amazon.
I wondered how was I not available when I was waiting for the order delivery the entire day and not even got any call from the delivery person. I have never expected such a worst service from the well known courier service Blue Dart.
