Their Customer Service Sucks. HDFC Sent me my credit card via blue dart, I was not available at my place and my watchman asked the delivery fellow to wait for 5 min while he will call me on my cell , but this fellow said he doesn’t have the time to wait and left.
I called up blue dart office the next day and told them about this and also asked when can I expect the delivery fellow to come to my address, he said he can’t tell when he will come and BLUEDART does not have the policy to wait and they also don’t call customers before coming as they have many customers and can’t call each and everyone.
Now I am in a Service Industry where I also don’t know when I will get a service call. So BLUE DART expects me to wait for their delivery fellow, leaving my business aside.
