I'm a hapless victim to this defunct company, Kotak mahindra bank chose to send cheque book and welcome kit through blue dart its been 8 days since it has left Mumbai and I'm yet to receive them, Both KMBL and bluedart are in no position to deliver services.
Blue dart is a company with a huge nonsense value, every 8th day they have updated the track stating address not traceable landmark needed, everyday I call customer care to update landmark and mob number, when I ask for contact details of the delivery office they deny and say that we cannot contact the delivery off and even if we do it is futile as there will be no response, I wonder if a courier company does not deliver couriers what else they do, that is their primary concern which they are not able to cater to.
I think if they are not in a position to deliver they must shut down operations and do a big favor to the people who are being badly affected due to their nonsense. And some one must teach them customer service tell them there's something called humility which goes a long way.
