An avid online shopper, I've received loads of parcels via Blue Dart, however, over the years the experience has been painful. Just recently, it took them 10 days to deliver a Mumbai local shipment! If I were to travel personally, it wouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes.
eBay India has them as part of their powership program - a disaster in the making. At present 3 of my parcels have arrived 5 days after schedule. The customer service team is always busy, plus it's a chargeable number, not toll free, so a bigger pain!
After speaking with them, the CS was rude - saying all their online parcels are delayed & she cannot give assurances! Is that how you answer a query.
Best thing is to avoid them at all costs. I wouldn't opt sending out a parcel with them even for free. Too much stress!
