I am expecting a courier from Bank from last 6 days, from bank side they send the message saying that I will receive the courier(Airway Bill No: 40700891744) by 01st Oct 2015.
When I checked the status it is appearing as Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed, without coming to my place they are updating the status as shown above. For the same I have given complaint to sblr@bluedart.com, I got a reply saying that Concerned delivery unit has been informed to ensure this is delivered today on priority" is this mean that updating the fasle information.. By seeing the mail I thought that I will get the courier today, but again they updated status as Consignee Not Available.
The problem with the Bluedart, on the board they will say that it is past but the delivery guys will not respond correctly.
Funny part is that Customer Service - 080-25021234, 18602331234 Location - 080 - 25506645, 22972322 numbers are won't work.
The administration is worst, may be the administration department is thinking that any way we got the name so no need to maintain any process.
