A Cash on Delivery Parcel from Home Shop18 is lying with Blue Dart ware house since 8.10.12. Web Tracking says Consignee not availabe at the given address.Nothing could be farther from truth. The delivery man has filled up the report sitting in the ware house.


I have made two telephonic requests to their helpline. No delivery till late 13.10.12. Blue Dart should be ashamed of this shoddy service. My advise is avoid this courier if you have a choice.
