Very worst service. Review on Blue Dart

I feel very bad experience from blue dart couriers that is the main reason to write this review

I regularly purchase products from online and they are sent various courier, but only blue dart was not deliver product to my address they call me to come their office and collect that parcel, when I was argue to that person they told me "your area is not under in our service covering area" but my residential area is with in the city limit only

I also like to share my personal experience.in few days back I was received call from blue dart that person told me "we have a parcel for you, come our office and collect it" I also go to that office(which was nearly 10km from residential) and give my tracking id and they are searching.searching.my parcel nearly half hour then finally handover to me. at that place I was noticed they are handling parcel very careless they are just throw away and hit some parcel also.then finally I conclude this is not a secure product may get damage due to those handling style.

I also mention some thing they are not correctly update on tracking system also.

then finally my opinion those who are sell online please avoid blue dart as your courier partner
