I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 from mi.com on 12/08/16 and its delivery was made by Blue dart express. On 16/08/16 tuesday the delivery boy called me, as I was not home I asked him to give it to my father who was at home, as a precautionary measure I had previously asked my parents to check the package and confirm the phone before paying him the money, but the delivery boy refused to hand over the package and when asked about confirming the package said that they were not responsible for the item they deliver and their company does not allow confirmation of the delivered packages.
He took back the package after much confrontation with my parents.
Asking for verification of product that is delivered, is our right as a customer and it was denied by this delivery service and I will never use this facility again.
