My Bank Sent me My Credit Card through Blue Dart Express Ltd. I was Expecting Courier On Last Monday. My Bank sent me a Message that your credit card is reached by courier office, But delivery pending. I checked with online tracking system of Blue Dart Express. The system showed me that my courier was there and Landmark was missing on the address.
But when I went to the courier office the operator told me that delivery boy couldn't find my address. because my phone was switched off. out of 24 hours my phone hardly was 1 to 2 hours off. they didn't even try for calling me again, just wrote down a note on the courier "Mobile switched off" and keep my courier at their office.
This is how The Bunch of jokers work. If I tell you about my another experience with Blue Dart They Received my Professional Mic which one I ordered from Flipkart, The Blue Dart Official called me and inform that you have a courier from Flipkart "Receive From The office".(Now if I have to receive my courier from Their office then what is the meaning of Home delivery service?). In My opinion, they are Extremely Lazy people.
My Final Words on this classless service. Never use their courier service. Tell your Friends and Family about staying away from them. Look for a decent Courier Company who actually Takes care of their clients. My opinion is completely negative on Blue Dart Express Ltd.
