I am writing to share my experience about cashback in grofer.
It is worst app. there is a deal on grofer that if you purchase more than Rs.1200 and make payment through paytm then cashback is Rs.50. I have bought some products from grofer worth Rs.1348 and payment made by paytm but there is no cashback received. I have complained to paytm and they told check terms and condition about cashback in grofer.com. and there is no any terms and condition mentioned in grofer.
also while making payment in grofer it was showing that pay with paytm and get rs.50 cash back but still waiting for cashback.
grofer is cheater and making people foolish by not mentioning terms & condition of offers. so people buy from them and they can earn money by making people foolish.
Also they started new service mahabachat offer and if you join that service then you are not eligible to get any cashback on this offer.
