This is what happens when a company does not know how to grow. First few orders were fantastic and were delivered within 2 hours. The customer service was good. If an item was not found, cash was returned immediately along with the delivery(for already paid orders).
However recently they have started slipping on all aspects.
The quality of the vegetables delivered were pathetic. I requested for replacement which was done.but what I got as replacement was also not great.
The delivery time has increased from 2 hours to 4 hours.
Earlier they use to call and tell which items are not available within 30 mins of the order placement. But now they inform around the delivery time.
Now for items that are not found, for that the money will not be given back as cash.but will be returned 4/5 days after.
If a company can NOT maintain the quality of service within a year of its inception, its really bad. There are many others like Ninjacart and others which I will try. also with this increased delivery time by grofers and reduced delivery time by bigbasket, zopnow and other grocery stores, I do not see any advantage of ordering through grofers.
So for me its bye bye grofers.
