Are you into some cool b-utt kicking b--utt fighting vampires? If so then you have to check out Blade 2 This movie is part 2 of the first one called Blade. Wesley Snipes plays the day walking vampire named Blade. You see Blade isn’t like most Vampires, you know how they can’t stand the day light? Well Blade is differbuent, he can walk in the day light and this makes him special. Blade needs special medicine to help him no have the hunger for blood, with out this medicine he begins to crave the taste just like the other Vampires.
In the first Blade movie Blade is out to destroy the Vampire population, but in Blade 2 the tables are switched. The movie begins when Blade searches for his long lost friend, the man who invented the medicine to help Blade not crave the blood and to be a day walker. In the first movie his partner was killed, or so we were left to believe, but in part 2 we find out fast that the Vampires took him and have kept him for over two years. After Blade finds his buddy the kick b--utt action begins. Now the Vampire world want’s Blade to be on their side for a change. Instead of being killed by Blade they need his help. You see there is a strange virus that is going around the Vampire community and making them turn into some really wacked out vampires. These new vampires not only feed on human flesh and blood, but they also love the blood of other vampires. So this is a big problem. Now Blade and his buddy team up with the vampires that use to be trained to hunt Blade down and kill him. Will they all get along, or will revenge and blood thirsty demons inside them emerge?
Thoughts about this movie The movie is way better then the first one. That shocked me cause usally the second movie isn’t as good. However Blade kicks b--utt big time in this one, the action is never ending. The special effects were awesome the way the weird vampires’s mouths would open, they sure are not the regular old fashion type of vampires. The story line is great, and keeps you guessing, I guess most of all I enjoyed the action it was way out there! Then the ending is pretty cool.
I just wish Blade could end up with a woman for a change. You sure do get to see a lot of blood thirsty sucking going around in this movie, and if you are bitten you know what happens right? So keep your neck covered while you watch (ha, ha, ha ). I wouldn’t recommend allowing a younger child to view the movie. It is rated “R”. I believe you will enjoy it, and you will agree it was better then the first one. I don’t like to give out a lot of information about the movie because I never want to ruin the plot, so I will conclude it all here. Just take my word and rent or buy this movie tonight!
