I had a nightmarish experience with BB technical support (called Expert Centre). The working piece of BB which I gave to them for fast battery drain was classified as 'liquid filled' phone and thereby not qualifying for warranty. They have asked to shell out INR 12995/- + VAT to get a new phone. If still, I did not want to go again for a BB, they want INR 220/.- as 'Analysis Charge' towards what went wrong.
All this when I'm just seven months of holding the BB, well within eighteen months of warranty. Looks like this sinking company is attempting to fleece the customers and make same last minute cents through its Support Service Provider. I will never go for a BB again.
Would never recommend my good friends to buy this.
