I got this BB in Oct 2010 and it was my 2nd BB handset. It started hanging and would restart every now and then within a month. Having approached BB Service Centre in Gurgaon by the name of Redington Service, it turned out to be a nightmare. This Service Centre is one of the most pathetic Service centres you would see today anywhere in India. A Govt Office is a much better place in comparison.


I would not recommend BB to anybody just because of the kind of service they offer post sales. I wonder what RIM is upto !!
