My Blackberry 8520 started giving problem in the speaker- the speaker from which we hear gave cracking sound. On hands-free mode it was working fine. I submitted to my dealer from whom I had bought in Ahmedabad - ROCKS & RIMPS in January 2010. It has now been 2 months and he has still not returned my mobile saying it is still with Blackberry/ Redington and they are taking up so much time. I have not been given any temporary- replacement for the phone and am suffering a lot.
Last mobile I had was Blackberry 8730 and it was too good.
