Its a total waste, It is not at all reliable, you cant trust another person will surely pick you up. I used this service for the first time and got two bad experiences on a single day, while coming back from chandigarh, the person I was supposed to pool with, after a day, refused to pick me up half hour before the departure time, and that too when I called him up.
Then I contacted another person, he told me to wait at the mentioned location at 9 PM, I waited for more than half an hour but again the same thing, he dint pick me up. I all, this is not a reliable service. Use at your own risk and have some back up option too.I am never going to use this service again. Truely disappointed:(
