Hell like Service from Bitfang. Review on Bitfang

I had ordered Samsung P2370MS( Monitor cum TV) @ 10, 500/- on 15th Sep from this site. I was quite happy to get this deal when they confirmed. Within minutes of confirmation, they hiked the product rate by Rs. 2000/- on the site. They promised to deliver the product within a week but when that was not the case, I called the customtakeouter services. First, none of these people take calls even during working hours. After repeated tries with different nos,  they picked up finally to tell me to have patience and they would ship the product within 3-4days. But still in vain. After that, when I called( obviously after repeated trying their no. & no one picking) they told  me they are contacting various sellers but none of them is giving them the product on the rate quoted on site previously. They suggested me to buy the product on the higher rates than what they quoted on site else I should get my order cancelled. I was forced to cancel my order as the money got stuck up(I had made the entire payment through credit card), Had no choice.

Finally they cancelled my order & again told me to keep patience as refunding would take 10-12 days. But even after 15 days, these people neither refunded the money nor had the decency to take my call. These unprofessional people expect us to get our money refunded ourselves.

I am a regular customtakeouter of various online shopping sites like e-bay, infibeam, let us buy, Home shop 18, etc but never had such a kind of experience.

I STRONGLY DO-NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE for any purchase how so cheap. It is a highly unprofessional, immature, etiquette less and customtakeouter unfriendly site. Let me write, it is a totally unbiased critical evaluation.
