I have been using Bisleri products directly delivered from their online website. I am now discontinuing their products because of the following reasons:
1.) Potentially fake water: I used to get Bisleri bottles in their official packaging(the one which is green in color and carries Bisleri logo), but recently, their deliveries have started coming in transparent packaging that is obviously not their official packaging. Looking at their poor customer care response till date, I'm not willing to take the risk of trusting them with fake products. The only point of ordering online from their website is to get genuine products, not these transparent packaging products which are otherwise available everywhere.
2.) Mannerless Delivery boys: Their delivery boys have no manners whatsoever. They arrive late at night and pressing on the door bell repeatedly when everyone's asleep. They are mostly a few days late in delivering the product to you. One delivery boy started recording my call over the phone everytime I called him.
3.) Non-existent customer care: Their call centre is non-existent. When you call them, it says that they're currently unavailable. They have no easy option to apply for a refund.
Drinking water is a huge health-related responsibility. Selling low quality or fake drinking water is a multi-crore business in India. I'm not saying that Bisleri itself sells fake water necessarily, but it is their job to assure us of their trustworthiness through their interaction with us. If a company has such a poor response then it's not at all advisable to literally put their product inside your body by drinking it. Better to get an RO filter installed in your house or office, or maybe switch to a more responsible brand.
