I feel this review is:
Staff at this outlet is rude and don't know how to speak to the customer. Specially their Cashier Mr. Yadav. Senior Management is also not bothered about the feedback or compliant which is raised by the customer. Its been 3 days since I raised the issue, but nobody called me back so far even after leaving a request for outlet manager to call back. I even sent a mail to cofounder of Biryani Blues even no response from there also. Now you can understand how good they are from customer centric prospective.
