I wanted to book ticket for airlines with accommodation. I have received the name card of this travels and I called them for booking. They gave me Airline and flight combo worth 15 thousand rupees. It was for the destination delhi. It was for one my colleague and there was a seminar to attend.
When my colleague reached to delhi there was no one to receive him on airport from hotel, when we specifically requested for same. similarly when reached to hotel he was shifted to regular room where we asked for AC deluxe room, when complained they said that is the booking they have.
When I spoke to travel agent he refused it and said it is AC booking, and refused to refund the money.
It was worst experience
