Good tax saver. Review on Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund

You all know that now the tax saving component starts for the year and all the rush will be seen towards ELSS scheme. I just wanted to say some words regarding BIRLA SUN LIFE TAX RELIEF 96. It is a wondferful tax saver. why I am saying this is(see the example),

Last year I bought this fund for 49K with 300units and he gave a dividend almost 24K. that means he gave almost 125/- as dividend which none of the other mutual fund people have given till date.other mutual fund give max 10-15/- like SBI magnum taxgain etc .imagine this year and next year if he give atleast 50/- as dividend then I will be getting all the invested amount(49K)back with the dividend money itself. But the NAV value will also fall as the dividend is given.U would have received the invested amount. Now u have still 300 units with you. if you want u can seel that after 3 yrs which is the profit amount or else u can keep that for some more years and reap the benefits od dividend itself without selling a single unit. In my view if first 3 yrs u invest in this fund and from 4th year onwards the dividend amount of first 3 yrs(almost 1000 units) u can invest......... try this and u will earn superb income.

I am doing this from past 5 yrs and I am reaping the benefits don't go with agents who tell all stories..........go with experience. Finally it is your money and not that of agents.
