Birla mini air cooler is the one which I had purchased to keep this air cooler in my retail shop in summer. I brought this air cooler on a suggestion by a friend near by. This air cooler just fits well in my retail shop but when comes to cooling effect, it doesn't make the room cool inspite of very small area in the shop. I ordered it from online and the service and support from their side is not good because they delivered the air cooler very late and for uncovering the air cooler they said that their men will come to explain it, I called them but arrived very late. The cost was very high. I had a small repair that the cooling is not proper and there was some wire cut in the machine . I called the service man but he responded very late and it took many days to repair it. The product quality is very cheap and there is no realibility? in the parts. I thought not to suggest this type of air cooler to anyone else.
