Hello my name is Deepanshu Gupta, I have this cooler sorry mini cooler same as it is but my family and me are very disturbed from this birla mini air cooler. When I switch it on drops of water splashed onto my face and ot gives hit air except cool air. I don't know why the owner makes this type of product. When my this cooler damaged ans then I call for service and support and then they didnot came in my home and they take 2 weeks This cooler doesn't give cool air and sound is too noise really I hate that sound. I am not satisfied with this fake product I hate this too much. The owner takes lots of money for this fake product I am just hate this product. Please do not buy this product.
