Indian ladies have always been more sensitive towards their hair. Be it length, thickness, color(Black preferred) and quality(no split ends etc.). With more and more hair care products hitting the global market and with India becoming a part of the global market post 1991, Indian ladies like yours truly have subjected their hair to all sorts of torture - beginning with various shampoos, hair colors, hair dryers, hair oils and the like. Being a dusty country at places where I have spent my time in, I have also been subjected to dust, grime, heat and all others types of environmental polutants. Like many other ladies, I have been a victim of the great promises by all these hair care products and have tried lot of them.
I have been using Biotique Shampoo for over a month now and have felt some improvement in my hair texture. It not an elexir, but since it is made of organic base, hence it does not leave one with side effects like loss of hair, discoloration, split ends and greasy feeling.
As much as I say that the shampoo is doing some good to me, I would also point out that there is no substitute to healthy eating and sleeping habits. These have a large bearing on the quality of our hair. Shampoos and other hair care products just help is a small way to keep things clean and healthy.
Since Biotique has organic base one can be assured that there will be no itching feeling after shampooing. Regualr shampoo does help reduce dandruff. This one does not eradicate dandruff completely depending on the type of hair. To do the same one needs to use it at least on alternate days. If the producer of this shampoo claims anything beyond this, it is not to be believed.
Another plus from this product is that it works well on oiled hair too. I have used few other brands, but none work well enough if my hair were oiled earlier. This was a real nuisance. I would rate this as one of the biggest pluses.
On the downside, the product is somewhat expensive. 100 ml costs a shade above Rs 100. Using it 15 days per months may prove heavier on your pocket to begin with. I feel that my hair are more important to me than the extra money tha goes in maintaining them.
Overall, Biotique shampoos are a very good product to hit the market. We are realising the fact that natural herbs are still the best for us no matter what all we manufacture synthetically. My advice to all those gorgeous ladies is to try it out and see for yourself.
