I purchase this watch in march 2017 within four months it stopped to work as I got a swollen battery . I am trying to contact bingo support but no one picks up the phone .i sent an complaint to amazon and they promised to call me back in next six hours, on september 8 .i am yet to get a call .the expires in few days and I have no way to get any support or even a paid battery replacement .not worth the money I spent . plz don, t waiste your money to buy bingo watch .
