Bingo is launching several smartwatches and after using Bingo C6 I am confident to say that they are cheating customers by providing worst quality product.
WHAT THEY ADVERTISE:
They say, that the product has 1.3 inch 240x240 resolution display. It has microphone, speaker, power off & on button, volume button, 128 MB internal storage which can be expandable 64 MB more externally, camera, 380 mah of battery with stand by of 180 hours, motion sensor, time, weather and calendar, 24X7 customer support( this one is totally fake)
I EXPERIENCED:
I got this product with damaged USB cable but I used my another USB cable for charging it. It's stand by battery backup of only 2 days resists me to accept the truth of 380 mah battery with 180 hours of stand by, what they advertise. It has 128 MB of internal storage which is totally fake because when I touch the screen and it outputs after 3-4 seconds which is proof that this smartwatch lags too much.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
I contacted their customer support number after doing hard work in finding it, but they didn't pickup my call and I am not able to find their any e-mail address so that I can mail them. I also contacted my online shopping partner but they also refused to help me as they are not preferred seller on online sites. Now it's warranty ended but I haven't received any help from anywhere. Finally, the watch is dead and I can't manage that cheap quality watch.
