Hi Friends My name is Mrs. Sangeeta Nair, we bought Maruti Astar Vxi Black Colour from Bimal Auto Agency. And the Sales Personal was Mr. Anand Raj(Corporate Sales - Advisore) I will tell our experience with Bimal Auto Agency Mahadevapura Bangalore.
Day 1: When walked inside the Showroom at 8pm that time nobody was in the Showroom we thought we'll go back but suddenly one guy came and he asked we were near the gate to move. He showed us the colour and explained about the car and price list and even he offered us Tea/ Coffee. We were impressed on the sales Personal.
Day 2: Then we went to Hyundai Showroom to look I10, but I was so much convienced.
Day3: Friday he called and he told the advantages about Astar vehicle because this was our first car.
Day4: Saturday We went to Bimal again and did the booking he gave discounts on the accessories and also in vehicle. And then he promised us that he is gone give the vehicle on Friday because we have taken loan from HDFC bank from Bimal only and then he asked me to give all documents for loan. We gave we finished everything.
Day5: Friday Morning the sales personal called at 10am and asked about vehicle delivery, I told we will come at 5pm. When we went Showroom we got surprice to see the vehicle was ready and very well decorated. Then the delivery cerenomy, everything was well arranged. Then we went to Ganesh Temple for Pooja. Again He called us After when we riched home. It was a good Experience.
Day6: After 20 days he called and came to my house was seen the vahicle and we were having from in the car. He asked us to get the vehicle to showroom.
Day7: We went to Showroom and he asked to park near service parking, then the service guy came and took the vehicle. Our problem was solved. We went home and we said bye.
Day8: The sales personal called and for reference.
Friends why telling to you people you know because Mr. Anand Raj have done manythings for us so if I tell you he wll be getting some lead. If you want to buy car then allways remember buy from Bimal Auto Agency.
