It has been sometime that I have bought my Car but still wanted to share my experience about Bimal Maruti Car Agency. First-
Purchase Experience:- You need to be very cautious with all the Documents & money you hand over to these guys. They had misspelled my name in all the documents which took 6 months to correct afterwards.
Getting the Car's RC was challenge: Once I had received the RC from RO I came back to Bimal asking them to correct it, It took almost 2 months of following up to get Second Copy of RC to my surprise the name was still incorrect.
After going back to them was told this will be corrected again but to my surprise the 3rd RC I received had the same issue.
This took almost 6 months and 4th RC that I received was correct. :(
so as far as purchase goes I wont recommend Bimal to anyone willing to buy a Maruti Car
Car Service: I got my car serviced@ Bimal Service Center for almost 1.5 years and never they tend to fix the issue in the first drop, I have given my car 4-5 times to fix small issues. Service advisers always say that it will be fixed but you have to come back.
I had dropped a complaint to Maruti about this also but nothing much was done. In the end I decided to get my car serviced somewhere else.
I won't recommend Bimal to buy Maruti car, Go for different agencies (like Pratham motors).
